About Executive – Finance & Accounts (P):

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive – finance & accounts (p) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices and must have a deep understanding of GST and TDS regulations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with various teams to process payments.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
  • Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and approvals are in place before processing payments.
  • Manage and process payments, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and update the financial system regularly.
  • Handle GST and TDS calculations, deductions, and filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve discrepancies and payment issues.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up-to-date and follow up on outstanding invoices.
  • Prepare and provide reports on accounts payable status and metrics to management.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.


Prerequisites:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or its equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an executive account payable or in a similar role.
  • Sharp eye for identifying irregularities.
  • Excellent analytical abilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and taxation regulations, laws, and any changes thereof.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
