Position Overview : Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable: Role requires a person with good Accounts payable knowledge especially in Invoice Processing and / or Employee Expense processing and / or Payments processing. Require to work in US shift.
Role requires a clear understanding of Accounts Payable process, able to generate relevant reports.
Responsibilities:
PO & Non-PO Invoice Processing
Follow-up with the delivery team / head office & Vendor for right information to book invoice
Payment processing
Vendor creation, updating & maintenance activities
Employee travel and expense processing in Concur
Follow up with employees for submission of expenses and reconciliation of T&E
Support the audit process
Skills & Personal Attributes:
Good communication skills
Team player
Agile & willing to work in shifts
Experience:
2+ year and above experience in Accounts Payable process (Invoice processing / Posting / Query management/ Payments process)
Working knowledge of any ERP (SAP working knowledge is preferred) and Good Knowledge of MS office
Knowledge of work experience in the entertainment industry an added advantage.
Note: Candidates need to flexible to work in Evening shift (3PM to 12AM) and work from our office location (Bangalore)
