Position: Cataloguing Executive

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary: Upto 2-3L Per Annum


Role Overview: Are you passionate about the fashion industry and ready to kick-start your career in e-commerce? We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Catalogue Executive. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in listing our trendy apparel products across various fashion portals, ensuring our brand stands out in the digital marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information, including descriptions, images, and pricing details.
  • Ensure accurate and compelling product listings on multiple fashion portals, adhering to each platform's guidelines and standards.
  • Optimize product titles, descriptions, and keywords to maximize search visibility and enhance product discoverability.
  • Regularly monitor and update product listings to reflect inventory changes, promotions, and seasonal updates.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitor strategies, providing insights to enhance our product listings and drive sales.
  • Efficiently handle ticket raising for any issues related to product listings, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues impacting product listings on fashion portals.
  • Take ownership of image management tasks, including resizing and compressing product images to meet platform requirements while maintaining visual quality.
  • Regularly audit product images to ensure they meet brand standards and optimize loading speeds for an enhanced user experience.



Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and CONCATENATE is highly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting and managing data in Excel spreadsheets.
  • Ability to create and maintain organized documentation and reports using Excel to track product listings, inventory levels, and performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with Excel's data analysis tools, including pivot tables and charts, to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
  • Comfortable learning and adapting to new Excel features and functionalities to optimize workflow efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms and online retail best practices.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for aesthetics.
