
HR & Placement Executive

Role Summary:
The Placement Executive will be responsible for connecting students with companies to create strong career opportunities. The role involves student coordination, organizing placement drives, scheduling interviews, and building industry relationships to ensure successful placements. Candidates experienced in recruitment or HR will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the end-to-end placement process for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with companies, HR professionals, and recruiters to bring in placement opportunities.
- Coordinate and organize placement drives, interviews, and career events.
- Counsel, guide, and prepare students for interviews (resume building, soft skills, mock interviews).
- Maintain placement records, track student progress, and prepare reports.
- Act as the point of contact between students, recruiters, and the institute.
- Should have networking skills e.g with the recruiters of the reputed companies.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in placements, recruitment, or HR.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- Good organizational and follow-up abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel/Word
Working days: 5.5 days
Probation period: 3 months
Preference: Immediate Joiner
