About the Role - The responsbilities of a General Manager (GM) for a collective cuisines Buisness, Include overseeing operations, maintain profitability, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities


  1. Strategic Management


Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

collaborate with stakeholders to align the vision and objectives across all locations

monitor market trends and adapt offerings to stay competitive.


2. Operational Oversight


• Oversee daily operations across all restaurants, ensuring consistency in service, food quality, and customer experience.

• Optimize workflow, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.

• Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).


3. Financial Management


• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for all restaurant outlets.

• Analyze profit margins, reduce operational costs, and improve overall efficiency.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial targets are met.


4. Team Leadership


• Recruit, train, and mentor managers and staff at each location.

• Build a strong organizational culture focused on collaboration, excellence, and innovation.

• Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and address concerns.


5. Customer Relationship Management


• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and quality.

• Manage customer feedback and complaints, implementing changes where necessary.

• Foster community engagement through events, marketing, and social media initiatives.


6. Compliance and Risk Management


• Ensure all operations comply with local laws, food safety regulations, and labor laws.

• Conduct regular audits to maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards.

• Mitigate risks by implementing preventive measures and resolving issues swiftly.


7. Marketing and Branding


• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the restaurant group through campaigns and partnerships.

• Develop loyalty programs and promotional activities to boost customer retention.

• Maintain brand consistency across all locations.


8. Innovation and Development


• Introduce new concepts, menus, or technologies to enhance the customer experience.

• Foster creativity among chefs and managers to keep the offerings fresh and unique.

• Expand the business by exploring new markets, partnerships, or formats.


9. Reporting to Stakeholders


• Provide regular updates to the ownership or board of directors on business performance.

• Propose actionable recommendations for growth and improvement.

• Ensure transparency in operations and financial reporting.




Qualifications - (Education details)

Bachelors Degree or Background with hospitality background prefered.


Industry Experience

industry experience of (5-10 years) in restaurant or hospitality Managment.



Pay range and compensation package - (7-8 lakhs per Annum)
