About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Gurugram. The role is focused on driving property sales, managing client relationships, and executing marketing initiatives to promote residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and nurture qualified leads through online and offline channels
- Conduct property site visits, presentations, and follow-ups with clients
- Convert inquiries into sales through effective communication and negotiation
- Plan and support marketing campaigns, property events, and promotional activities
- Coordinate with digital marketing and creative teams for campaign execution
- Maintain and update a database of leads, prospects, and sales activity in CRM tools
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue
- Good understanding of the Gurugram/Delhi NCR real estate market
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with exposure to digital marketing coordination
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and meetings
