Job Overview


We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Email Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Rankmantra. As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective email marketing strategies to promote our services and engage with our target audience. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing to contribute to the growth and success of our company.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience in email marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful email marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of email marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot)
  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for email template design
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Creativity and attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with email marketing best practices and legal requirements


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer engagement
  • Manage email databases and ensure data accuracy and segmentation
  • Create compelling email content, including copy, images, and calls to action
  • Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
  • Segment email lists based on user behaviour, demographics, and preferences
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align email marketing strategies with overall marketing objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
  • Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content and delivery
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and legal requirements, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM
  • Track and report on email marketing KPIs and performance to stakeholders
  • Target UK, US and Australian clients
