Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Sales, Marketing & Operations Associate on the Founding Team. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales activities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, and managing operational tasks. This includes working closely with customers, team members, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and drive growth. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to measure and improve performance.

Vendor & Design Management
 – Coordinate with vendors daily, source new designs, update inventory.

Order & Customer Management
 – Track orders, payments, dispatches & update customers.

Sales & Marketing
 – Manage Instagram posts, reels, WhatsApp marketing & support ads.

Website & Content Management
 – Upload products, update stock, manage product photography.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Operations and possesses strong Analytical Skills
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
