Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary, innovative and inclusive pedagogies that focus on student engagement, inquiry and co-constructed learning across all curriculum areas. Design inclusive evidence based learning programs informed by date, particularly in literacy and numeracy. Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that prioritises student wellbeing and social and emotional learning, helping students develop self-regulation, positive behaviour, personal responsibility, and success as learners. Communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with students families, colleagues, and the wider community. Be a dynamic educator committed to ongoing professional growth and collaborative learning with a willingness to implement new initiatives. About You Support the Catholic ethos and Dominican charism of Rosary School. Demonstrate skills, knowledge and experience relevant to the role requirements. Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that encourages active participation and student growth. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to work collaboratively within a team environment and effectively teach students to achieve required learning outcomes. Establish and maintain collaborative and supportive professional relationships with students, staff and families.
