Key responsibilities: The successful applicant will: actively support and promote the Catholic identity and ethos of the school, delivering engaging and contemporary Religious Education experiences. demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of contemporary, innovative and inclusive pedagogies that focus on student engagement, across all curriculum areas. design inclusive, evidence based learning programs informed by data, particularly in literacy and numeracy. foster a positive and supportive learning environment that prioritises student wellbeing and social and emotional Learning, helping students develop self-regulation, positive behaviour, personal responsibility, and success as learners. communicate effectively and build strong partnerships with students, families, colleagues, and the wider community. be a dynamic educator committed to ongoing professional growth and collaborative learning with a willingness to implement new initatives.
