New ECMS Service Nominated Supervisor and Early Childhood Teacher at Reservoir Views Primary School Kindergarten You are invited to join ECMS in launching a brand-new, triple unit sessional kindergarten – Reservoir Views Primary School Kindergarten This purpose-built centre has been designed with one goal; enriching the lives of children, their families and the community, through play-based learning programs. Over the following years the service will quickly grow into a triple room kindergarten, housing up-to 99 children. The official opening date is January 2026 with one group of children We are seeking a Nominated Supervisor and Early Childhood Teacher and play a pivotal role in the service’s launch. Our successful candidate will be involved in recruiting their own dream team, securing enrolments and working with the local community to build the service’s connections with stakeholders and families. You will work alongside your new team, on and off the floor, to maintain a high standard of excellence in operational and pedagogical practice.  This is a part-time role working 29 hours per week on a Tuesday 9:00am - 2:00pm, Wednesday 9:00am - 2:30pm and Thursday and Friday 7:45am - 5:00pm (session). Demonstrated experience creating and improving high quality educational programs for children.  You value kindness and respect.  You have experience creating and implementing high quality and inclusive programs for children.  You have exceptional knowledge of the child safe standards, early childhood regulations and frameworks.  You hold a Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, WWCC/VIT, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate.  About the role Play a critical role in the preparation and opening of the service. You’ll build strong collaborative relationships with parents, families, educators and the local community to provide an inclusive and enriching play-based learning program for children.  You’ll lead and support a team of educators by coaching to improve practice and values-driven behaviour.  You’ll motivate and inspire positive learning culture.  You'll create a supportive environment where children are safeguarded to learn and grow.  You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework.  You’ll contribute to a child safe environment ensuring standards are met on a daily basis.   Why ECMS?
