We are growing rapidly and looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team and expand our client base across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads from LinkedIn and other platforms (using free or paid tools as necessary).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in USA, UK, Canada, UAE, South Africa.
  • Schedule Zoom meetings between clients and our technical team.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets from the first month.
  • Keep track of leads, conversions, and business opportunities to ensure growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT services sales and business development.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently without relying on pre-existing client databases.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
