Role Overview

We seek an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and shape our human resources strategy. You will be responsible for building a strong team culture, driving employee engagement, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring smooth HR operations to align with Biizline’s vision and mission.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.- Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

2. Employee Engagement and Retention:

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.- Plan and execute engagement activities and programs to enhance employee morale.- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.

3. HR Policies and Compliance:

- Develop, implement, and update HR policies per industry standards and legal requirements.- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.

4. Performance Management:

- Design and implement performance review processes.- Work with managers to identify training and development needs.

5. HR Operations:

- Maintain employee records and manage payroll processes with the finance team.- Handle day-to-day HR queries and provide solutions.

6. Workforce Planning:

- Collaborate with leadership to understand staffing needs and forecast future workforce requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or tech environment.- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws, and compliance.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.- Proficient in HR tools and technologies.
