Key Account Manager - IT Staffing ( Mumbai & Pune )The Role:We are searching for a driven and experienced Key Account Manager to join our growing team in Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, or Hyderabad. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing relationships with our key clients, driving revenue growth, and exceeding targets.Responsibilities:Develop and execute strategic account plans to acquire new clients and expand business within existing accounts across IT staffing and contract staffing solutionsBuild strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at client organizationsIdentify and understand client needs, providing customized staffing solutions that align with their business objectivesManage the full client lifecycle, from initial contact through onboarding, account management, and contract renewalsLead the negotiation process to secure profitable contractsOversee project delivery and ensure client satisfactionDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of the IT staffing market and competitor landscapeManage and forecast your own Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibilityContribute to the development and execution of regional sales strategiesQualifications:Minimum 5 years of experience in IT staffing or a related fieldProven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growthStrong understanding of IT recruitment methodologies and best practicesExcellent client relationship management skills with the ability to build rapport and trustExperience in contract staffing a plusEffective communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethicDesired Skills:Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentExperience managing P&L responsibilityDeep understanding of the IT industry and emerging trendsExcellent time management and organizational skillsAbility to travel occasionally
