We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the companys financial activities. The ideal candidate must be a qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in accounting, taxation, and financial compliance. This role requires strong knowledge of Tally, Bank Reconciliation, Accounts Finalization, GST, and TDS along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting operations.
  • Prepare, finalize, and review financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
  • Handle Bank Reconciliation and ensure accuracy of all transactions.
  • Manage statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other tax filings.
  • Ensure timely closure of accounts and assist in audits.
  • Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce accurate financial reports.
  • Develop internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
  • Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.

Requirements:

  • CA qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced accounting practices.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage a team and work under deadlines.
