Enterprises like Capgemini, Wipro, Cognizant,Hexaware, HDFC Bank, RPG Group and 100’s more use Superset tools to automate their campushiring process.Location: BangaloreRoles and Responsibilities | What You Will DoAs a Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible for researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives, with a focus on large corporate enterprises in the region with more than 5,000 employees. Your key responsibilities will include:● Owning the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and demos to follow-up, sendingproposals, price negotiation, and contracting.● Identifying and managing the right stakeholders in companies that hire from campus,using LinkedIn/Fundoodata, etc., finding their contact information, reaching out to them,and presenting the platform to them.● Setting up and conducting new meetings each week and providing detailed platformdemos.● Building and guiding a team of young and experienced sales members over time.● Helping to shape the company's long-term objectives and determine plans for how tomeet them.● Providing advice on product development and distribution and promotion strategies.● Conducting webinars and presentations to raise the brand or product profile.Requirements | You Will Be a Great Addition to the Team If:● You have at least 5 + years of experience selling technology products to TA/HR leadersin large corporations.● Team leadership experience, including hiring, mentoring, management, and targetdelivery.● We are looking for candidates who are motivated by sales targets and are eager to earnunlimited incentives on achievements.● We are a start-up of just ~100 team members doing a great job at having acquired alarge market share and expanding.
