Designation : Creative Video ProducerReports to : Senior Creative ProducerPosition: Full TimeWork Location: BangaloreRoles & Responsibilities:End-to-End Video Production: Oversee the production of campaign appeal videos from scripting to final execution.Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align video content with strategic objectives.NGO Storytelling : Connect with NGOs to capture compelling narratives that inspire donor contributions.Content Strategy & Innovation: Research and implement engaging video formats to drive donations and engagement.Project Management & Timelines : Manage multiple video projects, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time.Contribute to Social Media ideation in amplification of Donatekart’s campaigns.Contribute in topical reels, graphics narratives.Work on aligning Thumbnails and graphic/carousel formats to streamline the feed with marketing teamContribute in anchoring and voice overs of campaign videos.Script and record the scripts for social media videos.Must Have Skills - Good understanding of narration and scripting- Strong experience in post production- Experience working on videos related to social causes and journalism- Relevant experience with fundraising is a plus- Candidates who graduated from reputable film schools are preferred- Ability to speak Hindi Fluently and script in Hindi Good To Have Skills - Good understanding of social media trends- Strong contacts with filmmakers and vendors
