Designation : Creative Video Producer Reports to : Senior Creative Producer Position: Full Time Work Location: Bangalore Roles & Responsibilities: 1. End-to-End Video Production: Oversee the production of campaign appeal videos from scripting to final execution. 2. Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with Business Development, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align video content with strategic objectives. 3. NGO Storytelling: Connect with NGOs to capture compelling narratives that inspire donor contributions. 4. Content Strategy & Innovation: Research and implement engaging video formats to drive donations and engagement. 5. Project Management & Timelines: Manage multiple video projects, ensuring high-quality content is delivered on time. 6. Contribute to Social Media ideation in amplification of Donatekart’s campaigns. 7. Contribute in topical reels, graphics narratives. 8. Work on aligning Thumbnails and graphic/carousel formats to streamline the feed with marketing team 9. Contribute in anchoring and voice overs of campaign videos. 10. Script and record the scripts for social media videos. Must Have Skills - Good understanding of narration and scripting - Strong experience in post production - Experience working on videos related to social causes and journalism - Relevant experience with fundraising is a plus - Candidates who graduated from reputable film schools are preferred - Ability to speak Hindi Fluently and script in HindiGood To Have Skills- Good understanding of social media trends - Strong contacts with filmmakers and vendors
