Founded in 2009 and headquartered in Bangalore, Move In Sync optimises daily corporate commutes through innovative, safe, and sustainable mobility solutions across its product suite, Move In Sync ION and Work In Sync.Job Summary:The Strategy Analyst supports the organization’s strategic planning and decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, evaluating market trends, and generating actionable insights. This role works cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, assess business performance, and assist in developing long-term strategic initiatives that align with the company’s goals.Key Responsibilities:● Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking to support strategic initiatives.● Analyze financial data, KPIs, and business performance metrics to evaluate opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.● Assist in developing strategic plans, business models, and investment cases for new markets, products, or partnerships.● Prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership and key stakeholders.● Support M&A (mergers and acquisitions) analysis, due diligence, and post-integration tracking (if applicable).● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to ensure alignment on key strategic objectives.● Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that could impact the company’s strategic direction.● Help track progress against strategic goals and recommend adjustments as needed.Qualifications & Requirements:● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (MBA preferred).● Experience: 2–5 years of experience in strategy, management consulting , Founder Office , Business Analyst● Project Management Experience● Experience in Big 4 is a Plus● Technical Skills:○ Strong proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).○ Experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and scenario planning.○ Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.● Soft Skills:○ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.○ Strong written and verbal communication skills.○ High attention to detail and accuracy.○ Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):● Quality and accuracy of strategic analysis and recommendations.● Timeliness and clarity of reports and presentations.● Contribution to successful strategic initiatives and business outcomes.● Stakeholder satisfaction and cross-functional collaboration effectiveness.
