Key Responsibilities Front Office Executive (School Office)
- HR Activities - Profiling of candidates, scheduling interviews, submitting reports, hiring of candidates.
- Parent Interaction & Issue Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for parents; handle inquiries, provide accurate information, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high satisfaction. Must be fluent in English (spoken & written).
- Record & Document Management: Maintain and update student records, admission files, and essential documents systematically (both physical and digital).
- Data Entry & Reporting: Manage and update records in Excel and other digital platforms with accuracy; prepare periodic reports as required.
- Multi-Role Support: Provide administrative support across multiple school functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- MS Office & Documentation: Draft letters, notices, circulars, and official documents using MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; ensure error-free typing and formatting.
- Enquiry Management: Handle walk-in, telephone, and email enquiries from parents and prospective students with professionalism and courtesy.
- School ERP Operations: Manage school ERP software including fee receipts, student records, announcements, and notices; ensure timely updates.
- Communication Hub: Coordinate with teachers, staff, and management for timely dissemination of information to parents and stakeholders.
- Compliance & Confidentiality: Uphold strict confidentiality of student and institutional records while ensuring adherence to school policies.
Preferred candidate profile
Good Knowledge of Excel, Word & Powerpoint (or google suite equivalent)
Good Communication skills (English & Hindi)
Previous work experience in Office
Documentation and record keeping skills
