The **Front Office Executive** is responsible for managing the reception area, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for patients and visitors. This role involves greeting guests, managing appointments, coordinating with departments, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception & Patient Assistance**:
- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff with inquiries and directions.
- Manage patient registrations, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Ensure a clean and organized reception area for a professional atmosphere.
**Administrative Support & Coordination**:
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry in hospital systems.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and departments for smooth workflow.
- Manage billing inquiries and assist with payment processing.
- Handle courier services, office supplies, and administrative logistics.
**Customer Service & Communication**:
- Provide clear and courteous information about hospital services and policies.
- Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate authority.
- Assist international patients with required documentation and procedures.
**Team Collaboration & Compliance**:
- Work closely with medical and non-medical staff to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and maintain confidentiality.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance service quality and communication skills.

**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in front office, customer service, or hospital reception.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage high patient flow.
- Proficiency in MS Office, hospital management software, and appointment scheduling tools.
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
