Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Managing patient information, creating patient profiles, and ensuring accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Scheduling and managing appointments for patients, ensuring availability and coordinating with various departments.
- Answering and transferring phone calls, providing information and assistance to callers.
- Greeting patients and visitors, providing directions, and answering inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assisting with billing inquiries, processing payments, and ensuring timely collections.
- Keeping patient records organized, up-to-date, and confidential.
- Providing excellent customer service, addressing patient concerns, and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Handling mail, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Working with other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and efficient operations.
- Proficiently using computer systems, software, and other technology for patient management, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
**Skills**
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and hospital staff.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring patient satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software.
- Understanding of basic medical terminology and hospital procedures.
- Preferred, with some positions requiring a Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in a Healthcare sector.
**Qualifications**
- Graduation with any stream
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays if required
