Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors – Time Off ConsultantExperience:5+ YearsLocation:Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida / HyderabadShift Timing:11:30 PM IST – 8:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)Job Summary:We are looking for an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultantto join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in theconfiguration, implementation, and supportof the Time Off module within SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of time management processes in global organizations.Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support theSAP SuccessFactors Time Offmodule as part of the Employee Central suite.Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and buildtime off structures ,leave types ,holiday calendars ,work schedules , andtime profiles .Create and managebusiness rules ,workflows , andaccrual policies .Work onintegrationof Time Off withPayroll ,Time Sheet , and other related modules.Handleincident management ,change requests , andenhancementswithin the Time Off module.Supporttesting activitiesincluding unit, integration, and regression testing.Prepare and maintain comprehensiveconfiguration documentationandfunctional specifications .Provideproduction supportduring theUS business hours (night shift) .Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.5+ years of total experiencewith at least3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off .Strong knowledge ofTime Off configuration ,business rules ,workflows , androle-based permissions .Hands-on experience withEmployee Central (EC) , especially related to Time Off integration.SAP SuccessFactors Time Off certificationis highly preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Willingness to work duringUS Night Shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM IST) .
