Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors – Time Off ConsultantExperience: 5+ YearsLocation: Pune / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida / HyderabadShift Timing: 11:30 PM IST – 8:30 AM IST (US Night Shift)Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Time Off Consultant to join our HR Technology team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in the configuration, implementation, and support of the Time Off module within SuccessFactors and a strong understanding of time management processes in global organizations.Key Responsibilities:Implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Time Off module as part of the Employee Central suite.Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.Design and build time off structures , leave types , holiday calendars , work schedules , and time profiles .Create and manage business rules , workflows , and accrual policies .Work on integration of Time Off with Payroll , Time Sheet , and other related modules.Handle incident management , change requests , and enhancements within the Time Off module.Support testing activities including unit, integration, and regression testing.Prepare and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation and functional specifications .Provide production support during the US business hours (night shift) .Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.5+ years of total experience with at least 3+ years in SAP SuccessFactors Time Off .Strong knowledge of Time Off configuration , business rules , workflows , and role-based permissions .Hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC) , especially related to Time Off integration.SAP SuccessFactors Time Off certification is highly preferred.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Willingness to work during US Night Shift (11:30 PM – 8:30 AM IST) .
