The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the Time Off module , configuration, implementation, and end-to-end support in global HR environments.Required Skills & Experience:Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Time Off module .Experience in full-cycle implementations , rollouts, and system enhancements.Strong knowledge of global leave management, accruals, and absence policies .Expertise in configuring workflows, notifications, and reporting .Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working with clients across multiple geographies is a plusKey Responsibilities:Lead implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors EC – Time Off module .Configure time types, absence quotas, accrual rules, and leave workflows.Ensure compliance with statutory and company-specific leave policies across geographies.Integrate Time Off with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Payroll, Manager/Employee Self-Service, and Workflows .Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and perform unit, integration, and UAT testing.Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot production issues.Train business users and maintain comprehensive documentation.Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for seamless system adoption.WHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
