Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media and ORM strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Create and publish engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience. Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement. Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Develop and implement ORM strategies to maintain a positive online reputation for the company. Monitor online reviews and take necessary actions to mitigate negative feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them into the company's social media strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management. Proficient in all major social media platforms and social media monitoring tools
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
