Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies. This role involves developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance our online presence and brand awareness.
Duties
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement effective social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct SEO and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
- Utilize tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Google Analytics to schedule posts, track performance, and analyze audience engagement.
- Engage in social listening to monitor brand mentions and industry trends, responding appropriately to customer inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Produce high-quality content including blog posts, videos, and photography that aligns with branding guidelines.
- Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions for e-commerce initiatives.
- Maintain relationships with influencers and partners for public relations opportunities.
- Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand voice.
- Analyze web analytics data to inform future content strategies and improve overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for graphic design tasks.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar applications.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively through various channels.
- Experience in content creation that includes writing, editing, video editing, and photography skills is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of branding principles and public relations strategies is a plus.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
