Responsibilities:  Develop, implement, and manage social media and ORM strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.  Create and publish engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience.  Monitor, analyse and report on the performance of social media campaigns, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.  Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.  Develop and implement ORM strategies to maintain a positive online reputation for the company.  Monitor online reviews and take necessary actions to mitigate negative feedback.  Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute cross-functional campaigns.  Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and implement them into the company's social media strategy. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.  Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management and online reputation management.  Proficient in all major social media platforms and social media monitoring tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills.  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
