Work closely with the Manager Communication to create engaging content for the organizations social media presence.
- Keep the social media channels updates, while seeking out new social media avenues and ways of connecting to the target groups.
- Manage the organizations social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and other relevant platforms.
- Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms
- Create dynamic written, graphic and video content.
- Optimize content following Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click(PPC)
- Create content for audience engagement, promote audience interaction, encourage audience participation and increase audience presence on the website.
- Assist the social media manager with events, large projects and audience management and daily maintenance of the website.
- Develop social media campaigns.
- Manages social media communications.
- Suggest and make the website more user-friendly and up to date.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to build and execute digital marketing strategy.
- Track, analyze, and report on performance of website and social media.
- Executes the scheduling and approval of social media posts and reports as well as manages continual evaluation and improvement of those posts

**Skills**:

- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics and Google AdWords.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required; experience in InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and video-editing software a definite plus
- Marketing or Social Media Marketing Degree Preferred.
- Technology Skills, SEO and PPC.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong understanding of social media and marketing communications
- Ability to make recommendations based on campaign analytics
- Social media platform management (Hootsuite, Sprout, etc.) experience
- Basic ability to edit photos and video
- Basic photography and video skills
- Basic understanding of Public Relations

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
