Position OverviewAs a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Real, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and strategic objectives. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will develop effective recruitment strategies, enhance the candidate experience, and ensure a seamless hiring process. Your role will be pivotal in building a strong talent pipeline and contributing to the company’s overall success.

Core Responsibilities:

Sourcing and Recruiting:Identifying suitable candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)Creating and posting job descriptions.Screening resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.Conducting initial phone or video interviews.Coordinating interviews with hiring managers.Extending job offers and handling negotiations.Onboarding new hires.

Employer Branding:

Developing and implementing employer branding strategies.Managing the company's online reputation.Creating engaging content to attract potential candidates.

Talent Pipelining:

Building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.Identifying potential candidates for future roles.

Data Analysis:

Tracking key metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, etc.)Analyzing recruitment data to improve efficiency.

Collaboration:

Working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs.Collaborating with other HR departments on recruitment initiatives.

Recruitment Marketing:

Managing recruitment advertising and campaigns.Utilizing social media platforms for recruitment.

Diversity and Inclusion:

Promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.Implementing strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.

Recruitment Technology:

Implementing and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS).Leveraging recruitment automation tools.

Qualifications:

Experience:

3+ years of experience in talent acquisition for a product-based organization, or recruitment agency experience with a focus on hiring for multiple SaaS companies.Industry Knowledge:

Recent experience in recruiting for Tech, Non Tech, Product & Design roles for a SaaS company.Communication:

Excellent verbal and written skills.Interpersonal Skills:

Strong ability to build relationships and network.Organizational Skills:

Managing multiple tasks and priorities.Technical Skills:
