The
Senior Manager – Influencer Marketing
will be responsible for leading end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns, managing high-ticket client accounts, and driving strategic execution. The role requires a mix of
strategic planning, campaign management, influencer relationships, and team leadership
. You will serve as a key point of contact for brands, ensuring campaigns are creative, impactful, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Campaign Leadership
- Own and manage end-to-end delivery of influencer marketing campaigns for mid-to-large scale brands.
- Understand client objectives, build campaign strategies, and translate briefs into effective influencer plans.
- Build strong client relationships, ensuring retention and account growth.
- Lead campaign presentations, strategy decks, and performance reviews with clients.
Influencer Strategy & Partnerships
- Develop influencer shortlists and campaign strategies aligned with brand positioning and target audiences.
- Negotiate and onboard influencers, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality deliverables.
- Maintain and expand relationships with top creators, talent managers, and platforms.
- Stay ahead of digital and influencer trends to recommend innovative solutions to clients.
Team & Process Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of Associates/Managers to ensure high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Planning, Pricing, Campaign Management) to ensure smooth workflow.
- Establish SOPs for influencer marketing campaigns to improve efficiency and consistency.
Performance & Growth
- Track, analyze, and report campaign ROI, engagement, and brand impact.
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to business growth through strategic account expansion.
- Represent the company at industry events, panels, and networking opportunities.
