About the RoleAs the Lead Influencer Marketing at Masters Union, you will be at the forefront of one of our most dynamic and high-visibility brand initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping how Masters Union is represented across digital creator ecosystemsparticularly on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedInby partnering with influencers who resonate with aspirational student audiences.You will lead the strategy, execution, and performance of all influencer-driven campaigns with the goal of building brand trust, increasing awareness, and driving top-of-funnel lead generation. This is not just a coordination roleit requires sharp creative instincts, a keen understanding of influencer personas, and the ability to translate brand narratives into compelling, authentic digital content.This is a highly collaborative role where youll work closely with the content, performance marketing, social media, admissions, and PR teams. Youll need to bring a balance of creative energy, project management discipline, and analytical thinking to ensure each collaboration delivers both brand impact and measurable ROI.Key Responsibilities1. Influencer Identification & Outreach- Identify and onboard relevant influencers across categories such as education, entrepreneurship, careers, and lifestyle.- Build and manage a robust creator pipeline across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Conduct outreach, negotiate deliverables, and manage contracts and timelines.2. Campaign Planning & Execution- Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with admissions cycles, product launches, and key brand moments.- Develop campaign briefs, content guidelines, and storytelling angles to ensure consistency and impact.- Work with influencers on video scripts, reels, posts, and testimonials that reflect brand authenticity.3. Relationship Management- Build long-term partnerships with high-performing creators and thought leaders.- Act as the primary point of contact for all influencer-related activities.- Maintain clear communication and feedback loops with influencer partners to ensure smooth collaboration.4. Performance Tracking & Reporting- Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, clicks, and conversions.- Use tools like Google Analytics, affiliate links, and social metrics to measure ROI.5. Collaboration & Content Amplification- Work closely with the content, design, and social media teams to amplify influencer content across owned channels.- Coordinate with the admissions and PR teams to align messaging and extend campaign reach.- Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm updates, and emerging Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.- 2 - 4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media partnerships, or creator management.- Prior experience working with influencerseither at an agency, brand, or platform is preferred.- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.- Ability to spot talent, assess audience alignment, and negotiate effectively.- Excellent communication and coordination skills.- Creative eye for storytelling and social-first content formats.- Experience with tracking tools, affiliate systems, and campaign measurement platforms is a plus.
