What We're Looking For:

  • A passionate sales professional with 7-9 years of experience in the staffing industry
  • Proven track record of success in business development, particularly in the Oil & Gas, Renewables, Engineering, or Life Sciences sectors
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Proficient in utilising CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Wizard, Mercure CRM) to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions/leads, and analyse sales data
  • An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Adaptable, comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Willing to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Location: Mumbai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, or Hyderabad
