Role & responsibilities
Managing PAN India Facilities Management - HO, Regional Offices.
Liaisoning with Hotels and Marketing Team to ensure management of events for PAN India.
New Office Set up for HO.
Ensuring the Office is kept spick and span and supervising the Housekeeping. Housekeeping Service, Ensuring adequate stocking of Pantry Supplies.
Sourcing and Stocking of adequate local stationery at best economical price.
Taking Steps to ensure reduction of wastage in all the spheres of office operations.
Repairs and Maintenance of Corporate Office Infrastructure
Controlling Guest House Maintenance, Occupancy, Expense Management & Petty Cash.
Fleet management -Maintenance, Allocation of vehicles and drivers, Insurance Renewals. Checking log reports and fuel consumption.
Managing Centralized Contracts like Housekeeping Services, Maintenance Services, Security Services, CUG Connections.
Liaison with local government authorities and departments
Liaisoning with the Purchase Department for Purchases, Identifying vendors and negotiations. Completing the documentation.
To look after AMC of all office assets.
Oversee Travel Management
Monitor lease agreement of all branches offices/factories across India.
Preferred candidate profile
Any Graduate with 15 years of experience in Facilities Management.
