**Role Overview**:
As a Facilities Executive at Leisurely Stays, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our facilities. From strategic space planning to meticulous maintenance oversight, your role will directly impact the quality of our guests' experiences and contribute to the success of our brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Facility Excellence**:

- Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring that our facilities maintain the highest standards of functionality and aesthetics.
- Execute repair and renovation projects in collaboration with external contractors for timely and quality results.
- Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and address maintenance needs.

**Space Optimization**:

- Collaborate with departments to understand and meet space requirements.
- Develop and implement strategies for maximizing space efficiency and managing transitions to enhance our guests' overall experience.

**Health, Safety, and Compliance**:

- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations through regular audits and prompt resolution of identified issues.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans, prioritizing the well-being of our guests and team.

**Vendor Collaboration**:

- Cultivate and manage relationships with external vendors, negotiating agreements for cost-effective and high-quality services.
- Ensure seamless coordination with vendors to meet the diverse facility needs of Leisurely Stays.

**Financial Stewardship**:

- Develop and manage the facilities budget, providing transparent and accurate financial reports to senior management at Leisurely Stays.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficient resource allocation without compromising our commitment to excellence.

**Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Drive environmental sustainability practices, identifying opportunities for energy conservation and waste reduction that align with the Leisurely Stays commitment to responsible hospitality.

**Security Oversight**:

- Manage security measures, including access control systems, surveillance, and alarms.
- Collaborate with security personnel to maintain a secure and safe environment for our guests and team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a comparable role in the hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
