Job Profile
- Front Desk & Visitor Management:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and agents, answer phone calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Administrative Support:
- Draft correspondence and maintain Visitor Management and Complaint Management System.
- Lobby Maintenance:
- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the lobby and amenity spaces to ensure they are presentable and address any maintenance issues promptly.
- Security & Access:
- Facilitate the smooth and secure entry of visitors, coordinating with security staff to ensure only authorized individuals gain access.
- Client Service:
- Act as a friendly and helpful first point of contact, ensuring a positive experience for everyone entering the building.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Equivalent

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with diverse individuals.
