Job Overview


We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager - Placements to join our team at Youth4Jobs Foundation. As a Corporate Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to generate placements for youth with disabilities. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication and drafting skills. The ability to convince corporates and generate placements is essential. Knowledge of technical recruiting and IT software skills is also required.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to generate placements for youth with disabilities
  • Identify and engage with potential employers to create job opportunities for our candidates
  • Conduct market scans and role mapping to understand the needs of the industry
  • Work closely with the placement team to match candidates with suitable job openings
  • Organize sensitization workshops for corporates to create awareness about inclusive hiring
  • Collaborate with colleges and educational institutions to provide orientation and employment training
  • Track and monitor placements to ensure the success and satisfaction of both candidates and employers
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of youth with disabilities in the workforce
