Key Responsibilities:Identify potential markets, customers, and project opportunities in the solar EPC sector.Analyze market trends, government policies, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events.Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including commercial, industrial, and government clients.Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to prepare tailored proposals.Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.Track and report sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline progress to senior management.

Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field.8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.Strong understanding of solar EPC processes, technologies, and market dynamics.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel frequently.
