Job Description
Position: Analyst – Procurement
Location: Gurgaon (From Office)
Shift: Rotational
Role And Responsibilities

  • Manage Partner onboarding
  • Liasoning with Finance for compliance around orders processed
  • Releasing RFQ's and creating cost comparison analysis
  • Ensuring Compliance of contracts & Agreements with Legal while coordinating with the partners
  • Ensuring Due diligence and Audit trail is available on all Orders processed
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly procurement reports
  • Manage e-commerce purchases globally
  • Managing IT and Non-IT requirements
  • Vendor Due diligence, classifying and developing vendors on the basis of quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery of products & services
  • Ensuring compliance with the laws of the land
  • Negotiate contracts in accordance with best practices, assists the business owner in creating an SOW/SLA, providing clarity and addressing all LOB requirements, and facilitates the collection of additional data from vendor managers as required to support business needs
  • Possesses the ability to exercise good judgment in determining the terms and conditions for agreements and purchase/work orders
  • Closely work with internal AP team and approval authorities
  • Need to work in rotational shifts to cover APAC and US Central time Zone

Experience

  • 1+ years of experience in Procurement/Global Procurement
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with local and international vendors)
  • Knowledge of Oracle, MS Office and other e-procurement tools
  • Aptitude in decision-making and working with number
  • Experience writing and generating RFP's, RFI's and RFQ's to suppliers
  • Good communication & writing skills
