Job Description

The Lead – Corporate Volunteering will be responsible for driving high-impact volunteering programs with corporate partners, ensuring seamless execution and engagement. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and program management to foster meaningful collaborations between corporates and Bhumi's volunteering initiatives.

  • Corporate Relationship Management

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
  • Experience in corporate partnerships, CSR, volunteering, or event management is a plus.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute large-scale events effectively.
  • Knowledge of CSR frameworks and corporate engagement strategies is desirable.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic data analysis.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Remuneration: CTC 4-6 Lakhs p.a. (based on experience)
