Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Stipend: 10- 15K per month
Timings:10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Work Mode: On-site | Wednesday is fixed WFH
Duration: 3 months + PPO ( depends upon performance)

About the Role
At Onething, you won't just be making calls or sending emails; you'll be learning how real connections are built. You'll explore outreach strategies, understand client needs, and help us open doors to new opportunities. You'll work closely with the sales and marketing teams, sharpen your communication skills, and see how conversations turn into collaborations. If you're curious, proactive, and excited to grow in the world of sales, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organise prospect data using Google Sheets/Excel.
Keep the CRM/database updated with accurate and relevant information.
Research and identify potential clients based on set criteria for outreach campaigns.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency to support effective communication.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation initiatives.
Assist in creating reports and dashboards to track outreach and pre-sales activities.
Requirements
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to draw insights from data.
Understanding of Google Sheets/Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
Interest in business development, pre-sales, or marketing.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
