Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints via phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Engage with customers to recover outstanding dues through phone calls and other communication channels.
  • Update customer records and track collection progress.

Skills Required:-

  • Proficiency in English and proficiency in any of the local languages i.e.Tamil, Telegu, Odia, Kannada and Gujrati (as applicable)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with CRM software or similar tools is an advantage.
