Job Purpose

To prepare accurate and timely quotes based on inquiry sheets and drawings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes in line with inquiry sheets and client drawings.
  • Generate and update quotations using KLAES / Excel software.
  • Review and interpret drawings for accurate costing and preparation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses to client requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation of quotations and records for future reference.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements and share updates.

Qualifications

  • Strong accounting knowledge for quote preparation.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Knowledge of CAD drawings for reading and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and other basic software tools.

Working conditions

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, effective communication, and proficiency in basic software and CAD drawings to ensure precise and professional outputs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
