They work with homegrown businesses to national enterprises to help improve their ROI through strategic marketing with their Digital Marketing Experts Why work with our client: PERMANENT WORK FROM HOME Shift- 7:30 PM- 3:30 AM (IST) DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST Salary- Up to 75k (INR) About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Servicing & Project Manager . In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless project execution, strong client relationships, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Client Servicing & Account Management: Act as the point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and long-term relationships. Understand client requirements, business goals, and challenges to provide tailored digital marketing solutions. Present campaign strategies, reports, and performance updates to clients in a clear and professional manner. Handle client queries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Project Management: Oversee end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content, Email Marketing, Web Development, etc.). Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, design, SEO, paid ads, development) to ensure deliverables are met within timelines and budgets. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and share regular updates with both clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure documentation of client requirements, project scope, and deliverables. Strategic & Operational Support: Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling/cross-selling digital marketing services. Conduct competitor and industry research to bring fresh ideas to client campaigns. Ensure campaigns follow best practices, meet quality standards, and align with client objectives. Support internal process improvements to strengthen client servicing and operational efficiency. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in client servicing / account management / project management , preferably in a digital marketing agency. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Content, Web). Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Teamwork, Basecamp) is a plus.
