Identifying, innovating, and implementing business ideas aimed at enhancing service delivery and improving the client retention rate of the company. Knowledge & experience of MICE/Events Demonstrating proficiency in creating compelling PPT and employing effective client retention strategies. Maintaining cordial relations with clients to ensure their satisfaction. Developing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning. Collaborating with the team to brainstorm ideas and create proposals for client projects. Ensuring the smooth execution of events, including coordination with the Design and Production teams. Managing costs effectively to ensure profitability. Booking artists and vendors as required. Required Candidate Profile: 8-12 years of relevant experience in client servicing and relationship management. Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Outstanding ability to build and nurture strong relationships with clients. Proven track record in client retention and relationship management.
