About the role: You will be able to shape your future in an emerging EV tech company focused on aiding EV adoption. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work in an environment with minimal supervision and possess a high degree of problem-solving skills. Operating in a rapidly evolving environment will require the candidate to be comfortable dealing with ambiguous, new, and challenging situations.


Note: Exposure in the EV Domain is Mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Understand the Fast charging (Level 3) business model, product portfolio, and industry landscape.

2. Build, develop & nurture a pipeline of potential investors for building a reliable fast-charging network across India.

3. Represent Bolt. Earth in crucial industry events & liaison with Govt., Discoms & other key stakeholders in the EV ecosystem to generate quality leads.

4. Liaison with internal teams for end-to-end execution and delivery of every project.

5. Adopt a data-driven approach to assess performance and ROI and improve the approach.

6. Keep an eye on the region’s competitive landscape and be involved in strategic initiatives accordingly.


Key Requirements:


1. 5-7 years of demonstrated experience in B2B sales as an individual contributor.

2. Candidates with experience or existing networks in the EV charging sector are mandatory.

3. Self-starter with a willingness to take initiative and an entrepreneurial approach to problem-solving and project ownership.

4. A willingness to travel extensively.

5. Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.

6. Strong understanding of technology and business.
