Your key job  responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Manager  in Mumbai, India  will include:

  • Developing and executing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
  • Collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
  • Utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from job profiling to offer negotiation.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:

  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods to identify potential candidates and build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Collaborate closely with the resourcing team to drive effective talent searches.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments through interviews, screenings, and evaluations.
  • Develop effective recruitment strategies and provide market insights.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job briefing to candidate placement and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to agreed SLAs.
  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, and collaborate with HR during the onboarding process.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Partner with stakeholders to provide guidance and advice on the recruitment process.

Market Research and Intelligence:

  • Stay updated on industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to advise clients on talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements

Requirements for this Talent Acquisition Manager  job in Mumbai, India :

  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role in Mumbai.
  • Solid understanding of full-cycle recruiting and employer branding techniques.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and best practices in Mumbai.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruiter within an agency; internal recruitment experience is also desirable.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Demonstrable success in placing candidates across various industry sectors, including technology.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Highly results-driven with a customer-centric focus.
