Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Design Manager to lead our design team and drive growth in the modular interior design market. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a strong background in sales management, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the team to meet and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training for improvement.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored design solutions.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to present to senior management. Monitor sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our modular interior design products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and after-sales support. Identifying and managing any client concerns or escalations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the interior design, architecture, or construction industry, with at least 1 year in a managerial role.
