### *Job Summary:*

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our growth in the US market. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Inpatient and Outpatient RCM software sales and marketing specifically focusing on the US market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets.


### *Key Responsibilities:*

- *Market Expansion:* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US market to increase the company's revenue and market share.

- *Client Acquisition:* Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and tailor solutions that meet their business objectives.

- *Sales Strategy:* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the US market and achieve sales targets.

- *Negotiation:* Lead negotiations with clients, manage contract discussions, and ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

- *Market Research:* Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.

- *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

- *Reporting:* Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights for senior management.

- *Travel:* Occasional travel to the US may be required for client meetings and industry events.


### *Qualifications:*

- *Experience:* Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with a strong focus on the US market.

- *Proven Track Record:* Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships in the US.

- *Communication Skills:* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.

- *Analytical Skills:* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify market opportunities and develop strategic plans.

- *Negotiation Skills:* Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to secure high-value deals.

- *Industry Knowledge:* Familiarity with (Industry/Product) is a plus.

- *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in using CRM software, sales tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.


### *Preferred:*

- Experience working in a night shift or international sales environment.

- An MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
