The Senior Executive Administration for AASR Collaborative Pvt Ltd is responsible for overseeing and managing administrative functions within the organisation. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with company policies, and efficient support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Management:
  • Oversee general administrative tasks, including office management, record keeping, and document control.
  • Ensure that all administrative activities are compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support in company events by collaborating with cross functional teams for providing administrative assistance for ensuring success of events hosted/participated by the company.


2.Facility Management:

  • Manage the maintenance and upkeep of the office premises, including infrastructure, utilities, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for facility services and ensure timely delivery and quality of services.
  • Procurement and Inventory Management:
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other administrative necessities.
  • Maintain and manage inventory records, ensuring stock levels are adequate and reorder as necessary.

4.Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE):

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety audits and drills, and manage emergency response plans.
  • Promote a culture of safety and awareness among employees.

5.Communication and Coordination:

  • Serve as a liaison between factory management and employees, facilitating effective communication.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any administrative issues.

6.Administrative Budgeting:

  • Assist in preparing and managing the administrative budget.
  • Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures to stay within budget.

7.Project Management:

  • Manage administrative projects, including office renovations, system upgrades, and process improvements.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

8.Reporting and Documentation:

  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on administrative activities, facility status, and compliance.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.


Qualifications:

Education: Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a hospitality (most preferred), corporate office environment in retail luxury goods segment and manufacturing (least preference)


Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Chat GPT and familiarity with administrative software.
  • Proficient in ERP
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
